Earlscourt Legal Press Inc., which celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2021, publishes legal textbooks of authors who wish to write in a small-publisher environment. Legal authors invariably have many competing professional demands, and some choose to write in a more flexible schedule that smaller publishers can offer. The list of publications reflects the academic interests of the authors, which include policing, provincial offences procedure, regulatory offences and criminal court rules.
